Best experience to date!! First off Sahvanna and Mckenzie, I would be lost seriously if they hadn’t had helped me. Dr Tullier sent me for my Plantar fasciitis and metatarsalgia, I love my job so much I thought I was gonna have to quit it, in tears thinking I would have to quit what I love until Sahavnna helped me with my shoes. I am a new person. Mckenzie was so helpful to fix my phone as well. 10/10 out of the park would recommend.

Macy was such a tremendous help today! My son has always had a really hard time finding shoes and today was the first time he has EVER put on a pair and immediately smiled and said they feel great. Definitely worth every penny we spent today for him to finally have comfortable shoes for school. We will be back for his next pair for sure!

Big River is my new go to, for all my footwear needs. I purchased a pair of sneakers on Friday and found after several days they were a little snug against my toes. I went in and asked on the following Friday about the wider version of the same shoes. McKenzie helped me by letting me try on the wide and extra wide versions of the shoes. I settled on the wide version which was much more comfortable. She looked up the original purchase in their system, and swapped the original pair for the new ones with no additional cost. I am blown away at how committed they are to making sure their customers leave satisfied with their shoes and their experience. Stop in and ask for McKenzie by name, she is a true asset to Big River.

Cornelius was amazing! Very knowledgeable and patient, When I walked into big River, I was in a lot of pain with plantar fasciitis, he was very patient and let me try on several options and I walked out in a lot less pain. I recommend big River footwear and Be sure to ask for Cornelius!

I was highly impressed with my salespersons expertise, both of my foot analysis and of the shoe brands. To be honest, it had occurred to me to leverage their advice to find the right shoe and then save money by buying at Amazon. But their prices were just as good. I love my new shoes.

The people are friendly and professional. They are very knowledgable in feet issues and what type shoes are helpfull for that condition. They are concerned about your issue and take the time to fit you with a shoe that feels good on your feet. They do not try to rush you to make a choice, nor do the employees try to make a choice for you. They inform you on how certain shoes should make your feet feel and let you choose according to how they feel. They alternate shoes on your feet several times so you can compare how each feel. My feet feel much better from the shoes I sellected and I am very gratefull for Big River and their employees for the relief I feel. I recommend Big River 100%.

Cornelius was very professional and courteous. He worked to get the shoe that works best for me. He told me to try it out for a week, and if it doesn't work we will go with the other pair. The experience to get my proper shoe is well worth the money.

I really enjoyed my experience today at Big River Footwear. Jon was ver knowledgeable and worked to get me in a shoe that fit. He started with understanding what I was currently wearing and any issues that I was having. We got on the machine and scanned my foot. He explained what the machine showed about my feet and proceeded to bring several options to try. He didn’t rush me and worked to find the best fit. He knew I was looking for colorful shoes, so he pulled up options on the computer and let me pick a could. They are being shipped to my house. It was kind of sad putting my old shoes back on.

Wonderful store! Makenzie helped me get fitted for the correct shoes. She was excellent to have the pleasure to meet and be fitted by. The store has a great selection of running shoes and active wear to choose from. So much so it was hard to decide on which pair(s) to pick. The prices were on point for quality shoes. You're getting great shoes if you shop here. Definitely will be back. Thanks Big River.
